What does NHS ESR mean?

In the context of the NHS, ESR means Electronic Staff Record. ESR is a national tool used by almost all NHS organisations to manage the process of paying staff and keeping their employment records up-to-date.

Staff can use the ESR portal to see their latest monthly payslips, retrieve their P60s and view information about their pension. It also shows important information such as home addresses and contact details.

You can log in to ESR here.
